1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept return and refund requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. All return items must be shipped back within 7 days once your return request is approved. Any requests submitted beyond the valid period will not be eligible for return or refund.

To qualify for returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached
  • No stains, makeup marks, perfume odor, pet hair, or visible signs of use
  • Valid order number or purchase record is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and policy reasons:

  • Clearance, discounted, and final-sale products
  • Intimates, underwear, and swimwear
  • Items worn, washed, modified, or damaged by customers

3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping Fee

  • Customer’s responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons, including size mismatch, style dislike, wrong purchase, or no longer needed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Our responsibility: For defective items, shipping errors, missing pieces, or damaged goods during delivery. We cover valid return shipping costs with provided evidence.

5. Refund Processing
